Analytics answers what happened. Quality answers how well it went, and Insights answers why.

The standard reports

Volume

Conversations over time, split by channel, with the change against the previous period.

Funnel

Conversations to qualified leads to bookings, so you can see where people drop out.

Handoffs

How often the agent escalates, and what triggers it. A rising handoff rate usually means a knowledge gap rather than a worse agent.

Cost

Voice minutes and usage, rolled up per period.
Every report carries a window selector and a comparison against the previous period, because an absolute number without a trend is not actionable.

The workbench

The standard reports cover the common questions. The workbench covers yours. Build a query by picking what to measure, how to break it down, and how to filter it, then save it. Saved views can be shared with your team, and a share link can be issued for a report someone outside the workspace needs to see on a recurring basis.

Ask in plain language

You can ask a question in words rather than building a query. “How many bookings came from WhatsApp last month compared with the month before” returns a chart and the numbers behind it. This runs real queries against your data. It does not estimate, and where it cannot answer it says so rather than producing a plausible-looking chart. The same capability is available to your team from Telegram, WhatsApp and MCP.

Exports

Any report can be exported. Larger exports are generated in the background and you are notified when they are ready. For a programmatic feed, use the API or subscribe to webhooks rather than scraping exports on a schedule.

Weekly rollup

A weekly summary is available through the API at /api/v1/analytics/weekly-rollup, which is the endpoint to point your own reporting at.

The daily digest

A daily digest goes to your team with the numbers at a glance, what needs action, and anything that stands out. It can be delivered in-app, by email, or to Telegram. The digest is the surface most teams actually read, so it is deliberately short: three sections, one line per fact.

What to watch

  • Handoff rate, week over week. A rise means the agent is hitting things it cannot answer.
  • Funnel drop-off between conversation and qualified lead. This is usually a qualification configuration problem, not a model problem.
  • Volume by channel. Channel mix shifts change every other number you are comparing.
  • Cost per booking for outbound. See Outbound.
